Senior Law Clerk

Michelle Carmona is the Senior law clerk at Mackintosh Personal Injury Law. Michelle brings extensive experience in the Personal Injury field and a Paralegal background to the team. Throughout her career, she has helped individuals and families navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives, combining legal knowledge, compassion, and advocacy to support clients through their recovery journey. She is passionate about helping people during difficult times and is recognized for her ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with clients, healthcare providers, rehabilitation professionals and community partners.

Known for her dedication and client-centered approach, Michelle is committed to ensuring that injured individuals feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the legal and recovery process. Her extensive experience and genuine care for others have earned her a reputation as a trusted advocate and valued professional within the personal injury community.

Beyond her professional work, Michelle is deeply committed to strengthening and supporting her community. She is an active member of the St. Thomas Police Community Inclusion Council and the St. Thomas Elgin Local Immigration Partnership. She is also the proud founder of the Latinos in St. Thomas Community Group, an initiative dedicated to fostering connection, inclusion, and cultural celebration within the local community.

Michelle is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and remains actively engaged in initiatives that promote access to justice, diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.

When she is not working or volunteering, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with her family and takes great pride in giving back to the community she calls home. She loves connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds and has a particular passion for Latin music, dancing and Zumba. Her warmth, energy, and commitment to helping others continue to make a positive impact both professionally and throughout the community.
