Legal Assistant

The Legal Assistant plays an essential role in supporting our legal team and ensuring cases move forward efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and organizing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing calendars, deadlines, and court filings
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, courts, and opposing counsel
  • Assisting with client intake, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential case files

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a legal assistant or law office role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Career

Law Clerk

As a Law Clerk, you will support lawyers with legal research, drafting, and case preparation while gaining hands-on experience in personal injury law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research and summarizing findings
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery materials
  • Reviewing medical records, evidence, and legal documents
  • Assisting with hearing and trial preparation
  • Coordinating with clients, experts, and legal professionals

Qualifications:

  • Law Clerk certification, paralegal diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
